Ky plan i referohet hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs p\u00ebrball\u00eb \u201cKjubi\u201d-t, pas nd\u00ebrtesave ku m\u00eb her\u00ebt ndodhej \u201cInterumpleks\u201d dhe rreth shkoll\u00ebs fillore \u201cDimitar Milladinov\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me ndryshimet e planeve urbanistike t\u00eb sivjetshme n\u00eb 6 gusht t\u00eb vitit 2012 kur kryetar komune ishte Vlladimir Todoroviq parashikohej shtim i lart\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs ku ndodhet firma e sigurimit \u201cSGS\u201d p\u00ebr 6 kate. Ky objekt \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn pron\u00ebn e firm\u00ebs nd\u00ebrtimore \u201cSSI Investment\u201d. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn q\u00eb aktualisht ka dy kate dhe ndodhet mes dy nd\u00ebrtesave. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb plan k\u00ebtij nd\u00ebrtimi i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb ket\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e dy nd\u00ebrtesave fqinje dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb pothuajse i ngjitur me to. Me planin e vjet\u00ebr gjithashtu parashikohej q\u00eb n\u00eb parkun pas nd\u00ebrtesave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nj\u00eb parking me kate.<\/p>\n<p>Komuna Qend\u00ebr rishqyrtoi k\u00ebt\u00eb plan duke e hequr planin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e 8 kat\u00ebshes. Gjithashtu hoqi edhe planin p\u00ebr parkingun n\u00eb park.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb muaj pas publikimit t\u00eb planit t\u00eb ri, firma \u201cSSI Investment\u201d dor\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb drejt Gjykat\u00ebs kushtetuese, me argumentimin se di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshohet, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur m\u00eb her\u00ebt me ligj.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb korrik \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar iniciativ\u00eb p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e kushtetueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Planit t\u00eb detajuar urbanistik \u201cDare Xhambaz\u201d nga ana e kryetarit t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb \u201cSSI Investment\u201d DOOEL. Li\u00e7ovski)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs Qend\u00ebr Sasha Bogdanoviq thot\u00eb se n\u00eb Komun\u00eb ka ardhur nj\u00eb lajm\u00ebrim nga Gjykata kushtetuese duke k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebrgjigje mbi procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr ndryshimin e planit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi dor\u00ebzuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb pasi si Komision dhe Komun\u00eb kemi vendosur se aty nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt 8 kat\u00ebsh. Mes tjerash kemi theksuar se me planin e vjet\u00ebr nuk mund t\u00eb zgjidhet \u00e7\u00ebshtja e parkimit, pasi nuk p\u00ebrmbushen parametrat e rinj t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim dhe c\u00ebnohet e drejta bazore e jetes\u00ebs humane. Nga t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e objektit ka dritare. N\u00ebse ata vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb se plani duhet t\u00eb prishet, kjo do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje direkte n\u00eb ingerencat e Komun\u00ebs. Gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ne duam t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb rregullojm\u00eb gabimet e kaluara. N\u00ebse ata veprojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, e gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja jon\u00eb do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb d\u00ebm. Pastaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb na kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet shprehi ndryshimi i planeve t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs.
