Kjo ndihm\u00eb financiare u nd\u00ebrpre n\u00eb janar me vendim t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Avokati i Popullit ngriti iniciativ\u00eb tek ministrit\u00eb kompetente p\u00ebr pun\u00eb dhe politik\u00eb sociale, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi dhe arsim, q\u00eb t\u2019iu kthehet ndihma t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Muajin e kaluar, SAKAMDAKAZAM.MK, shpalli nj\u00eb varg tekstesh n\u00eb lidhje me heqjen e ndihm\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb tre ministrat Nikolla Todorov, Dime Spasov dhe Pishtar Lutfiu e kan\u00eb injoruar iniciativ\u00ebn e Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit. Pas k\u00ebtij teksti, Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit i jan\u00eb drejtuar shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb nga fibroza cistike, duke i k\u00ebrkuar k\u00ebshill\u00eb ligjore dhe duke e mb\u00ebshtetur iniciativ\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Pas ngritjes s\u00eb iniciativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndryshimin e Rregullores p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e nevojave specifike t\u00eb personave me penges\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin fizik dhe psikik, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen edhe pacientat me fibroz\u00eb cistike, jan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje nga tre ministrit\u00eb se tashm\u00eb ka filluar procedura p\u00ebr model t\u00eb ri vler\u00ebsimi. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh q\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto p\u00ebrgjigje nuk thuhet qart\u00eb se do t\u00eb veprohet sipas iniciativ\u00ebs s\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit, \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb njoftim, sipas s\u00eb cilit nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh njer\u00ebzish nuk mund t\u2019i ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre dhe se p\u00ebr ata duhet t\u00eb gjendet zgjidhje urgjentisht.\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb zyra e Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit p\u00ebr SAKAMDAKAZAM.MK.<\/p>\n<p>Fibroza cistike \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e rall\u00eb, e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe trash\u00ebguese, e cila paraqitet q\u00eb n\u00eb lindje.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 5 janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Qeveria ka sjell\u00eb Program p\u00ebr mjekimin e s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb rralla n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2016. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, ka siguruar mjete financiare prej 203 milion denar\u00ebsh. Mir\u00ebpo, nga ai p\u00ebrjashtohen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me fibroz\u00eb cistike me nj\u00eb fjali t\u00eb vetme: \u201cN\u00eb Regjistrin e pacientave me s\u00ebmudje t\u00eb rralla num\u00ebrohen vet\u00ebm s\u00ebmundjet t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb nj\u00eb n\u00eb 2.000 persona, por q\u00eb nuk e kalojn\u00eb numrin 20 t\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh se ekziston kriteri i 20 t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve n\u00eb territorin e gjith\u00eb shtetit, automatikisht k\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohen nga programi p\u00ebr mjekim dhe terapi falas. Numri i t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve nga fibroza cistike n\u00eb nivel shtet\u00ebror \u00ebsht\u00eb mes 100 dhe 150.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePo t\u00eb ishte kusht q\u00eb mos t\u00eb kaloheshin 20 t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb n\u00eb vit, edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishin pjes\u00eb e Programit, por Qeveria me q\u00ebllim i diskriminon, i p\u00ebrjashton nga t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt, q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb prej tyre\u201d, thon\u00eb prind\u00ebrit, t\u00eb revoltuar.<\/p>\n<p>Avokati i Popullit konstatoi q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, personat me fibroz\u00eb cistike nuk mund t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr shtes\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, edhe pse jan\u00eb persona me s\u00ebmundje kronike.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas mendimit t\u00eb Klinik\u00ebs p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, jo vet\u00ebm f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, por edhe personat mbi 26 vjet, me fibroz\u00eb cistike duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e shtes\u00ebs s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit, n\u00eb lidhje me s\u00ebmundjen, i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mendim: \u201cFibroza cistike \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e r\u00ebnde, komplekse, kronike dhe multisistemike, e cila k\u00ebrkon trajtim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb pacientit, nd\u00ebrsa trajtimi i k\u00ebtill\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme e ngarkon buxhetin e familjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre personave.
