Prevalenca dhe incidenca vjetore e NAM nuk dihen, por \u00e7rregullimi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i rrall\u00eb. Rreth 300 raste jan\u00eb raportuar deri m\u00eb tani.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrshkrimi klinik:<br \/>\nMosha e pacient\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nga 30 deri n\u00eb 70 vje\u00e7. Karakteristika kryesore e NAM \u00ebsht\u00eb miopati subakute, e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, simetrike proksimale me nivele ndjesh\u00ebm t\u00eb larta t\u00eb kreatinin kinaz\u00ebs n\u00eb serum (CK). Manifestohet nga dob\u00ebsia e ekstremiteteve t\u00eb sip\u00ebrme dhe t\u00eb poshtme, duke shkaktuar v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb ngritje nga pozicioni ulur, n\u00eb ngjitjen e shkall\u00ebve ose ngritjen e objekteve. Fleksori i qaf\u00ebs, muskuli i faringut dhe muskujt e frym\u00ebmarrjes gjithashtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen. Manifestime t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb lodhje, disfagi (v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb g\u00eblltitje), humbje peshe dhe dispne. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb raportuar s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb mushk\u00ebrive dhe zemr\u00ebs. Kursi i s\u00ebmundjes shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, por rikuperimi mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb brenda disa jav\u00ebsh deri n\u00eb disa muaj p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb agjentit shkaktues, n\u00ebse identifikohet n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<br \/>\nEtiologjia:<br \/>\nS\u00ebmundja mendohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e lidhur me imunitetin, shpesh e shkaktuar nga medikamentet (statinet), s\u00ebmundjet e indit lidhor ose kanceri. Mekanizmi i sakt\u00eb q\u00eb shkakton s\u00ebmundjen nuk dihet, por disa autantitrupa mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shkaku. Mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe s\u00ebmundje malinje.<br \/>\nMetodat diagnostikuese:<br \/>\nDiagnoza bazohet n\u00eb pasqyr\u00ebn klinike dhe biopsin\u00eb e muskujve, e cila ndryshe nga miopatit\u00eb tjera inflamatore, tregon infiltrate inflamatore minimale ose nuk tregon aspak por prezente \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nekroze e shprehur e muskujve.<br \/>\nElektromografia (EMG) tregon regjistrim miopatik. Nivelet e enzim\u00ebs kreatinin kinaza (CK) shpesh jan\u00eb 10 her\u00eb mbi kufirin e sip\u00ebrm t\u00eb normales n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur shfaqet dob\u00ebsisa e muskujve. Imazhet e rezonanc\u00ebs magnetike (MRI) mund t\u00eb shfaqin edem\u00eb muskulore difuze ose t\u00eb pjesshme.<br \/>\nMenaxhimi dhe trajtimi:<br \/>\nPacient\u00ebt me NAM zakonisht p\u00ebrgjigjen mir\u00eb ndaj shum\u00eb agjent\u00ebve, terapive imunosupresive afatgjata, t\u00eb cilat fillojn\u00eb me doza t\u00eb larta t\u00eb kortikosteroideve. Imunoglobulina intravenoze (IvIg) \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar efektive. Rituximab gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar se ka efekte t\u00eb dobishme. P\u00ebrgjigja ndaj terapis\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet klinikisht bazuar n\u00eb forc\u00ebn e muskujve dhe nivelet e kreatinin kinaz\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"font-size: 0px;
