Sindroma Churg-Strauss \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vaskulit i rrall\u00eb i arterieve t\u00eb vogla dhe t\u00eb mesme. Mund t\u00eb prek \u00e7do organ n\u00eb trup, duke shkaktuar d\u00ebme serioze q\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb fatale. Asnj\u00eb test specifik nuk mund ta konfirmoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sindrom\u00eb sepse shenjat dhe simptomat jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme me s\u00ebmundjet e tjera, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u diagnostikuar. Shenjat dhe simptomat e hershme t\u00eb tilla si astma dhe sinusiti mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb zakonshme, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb diagnoza nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet kur inflamacioni t\u00eb ket\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebmtime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb organe dhe nerva. Simptomat varen nga cili organ \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara etj. Shenja specifike jan\u00eb eozinofilet dhe granulomet n\u00eb indin e prekur.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegji Amerikan i Reumatologjis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1990, p\u00ebr diagnoz\u00ebn e sindrom\u00ebs Churg-Strauss, rendit kriteret e m\u00ebposhtme:<br \/>\n-astma;<br \/>\n-eozinofilia;<br \/>\n-prania e mononeuropatis\u00eb ose polineuropatis\u00eb;<br \/>\n-infiltrate pulmonare t\u00eb pafiksuara;<br \/>\n-prania e anomalive t\u00eb sinuseve paranazale;<br \/>\n-d\u00ebshmi histologjike e eozinofileve ekstravaskulare.<br \/>\nDiagnoza b\u00ebhet n\u00ebse p\u00ebrmbushen 4 nga k\u00ebto 6 kritere.<\/p>\n<p>(radio jingle I njohim s\u00ebmundjet e rralla)<\/p>\n<p>Granulomatoza eozinofile me polangjit u p\u00ebrshkrua p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga patolog\u00ebt Jacob Churg (1910-2005) dhe Lotte Strauss (1213-1985) n\u00eb Spitalin Mount Sinai n\u00eb New York n\u00eb vitin 1951.<br \/>\nZakonisht manifestohet n\u00eb 3 faza. Jo tek gjith\u00ebsecili zhvillohen t\u00eb tre fazat. Dhe jo t\u00eb tre fazat ngrihen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rregull.<\/p>\n<p>-Faza e hershme (prodromale) karakterizohet nga inflamacioni i rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrjes. Pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pacient\u00ebt kan\u00eb astm\u00eb ose rinit alergjik.<br \/>\n-Faza e dyt\u00eb karakterizohet nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr abnormal i madh i eozinofileve (hiperozinofili) q\u00eb shkakton d\u00ebme t\u00eb indeve, m\u00eb s\u00eb shpeshti t\u00f6 mushk\u00ebrive dhe sistemit tret\u00ebs.<br \/>\n-Faza e tret\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga vaskuliti i cili p\u00ebrfundimisht mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb vdekjen e qelizave dhe mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn.<br \/>\nFatkeq\u00ebsisht, nuk ka sh\u00ebrim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb s\u00ebmundje.
