Gjysma e pacient\u00ebve mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb probleme alergjike madje edhe shok anafilaktik.<br \/>\nEkzistojn\u00eb 5 lloje t\u00eb mastocitoz\u00ebs sistemike q\u00eb dallojn\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb intensitetit t\u00eb shenjave dhe simptomave. Format m\u00eb t\u00eb lehta kan\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb pothuajse t\u00eb padukshme. Individ\u00ebt me k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm simptoma t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb forma m\u00eb e zakonshme e s\u00ebmundjes. Mund t\u00eb paraqitet uj\u00eb n\u00eb bark (ascit). Te mastocitoza sistemike agresive vjen gjer te prekja e kockave, humbet masa kockore dhe demineralizohen, duke rezultuar n\u00eb fraktura t\u00eb kockave. Leu\u00e7emia e qelizave mast \u00ebsht\u00eb forma m\u00eb e rrall\u00eb e s\u00ebmundjes, por m\u00eb e r\u00ebnda.<br \/>\nIndivid\u00ebt me forma t\u00eb lehta t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes kan\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsi normale ose gati-normale nd\u00ebrsa ata me forma t\u00eb r\u00ebnda jetojn\u00eb disa muaj ose vite pas diagnoz\u00ebs. Te mastocitoza sistemike, mutacionet n\u00eb gjenin KIT jan\u00eb somatike, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ato fitohen gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Mastocitet mund t\u00eb grumbullohen edhe n\u00eb indet e tjera si trakti gastrointestinal, nyjet limfatike, shp\u00ebretka dhe m\u00ebl\u00e7ia. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e histamin\u00ebs nga mastocitet duhet t\u00eb shmangen. Kirurgjia &#8211; p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr lezionet e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs (mastocitomat).<br \/>\n3.
