Pemfigus vulgaris \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kondicion i rrall\u00eb q\u00eb shkakton flluska apo bula n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb dhe n\u00eb mukoz\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs.<br \/>\nSistemi imunitar normalisht prodhon antitrupa p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar infeksionet. Te pemfigus vulgaris, sistemi imunitar prodhon antitrupa ndaj proteinave n\u00eb trup q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebs dhe mukozave. Shkaku i pemfigus vulgaris nuk dihet, por mendohet se m\u00eb shpesh shfaqet tek grat\u00eb. K\u00ebto bula jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb brishta dhe shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht duke shkaktuar lezione t\u00eb dhimbshme. Trajtimi mund t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb me jav\u00eb ose muaj. Konfirmimi q\u00eb qelizat nuk jan\u00eb pozicionuar si duhet; kryhet nj\u00eb biopsi e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e prekur ose biopsi e bulave apo lezioneve, shihen n\u00ebn mikroskop, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb kjo do t\u00eb konfirmoj\u00eb q\u00eb struktura e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00e7regulluar dhe qelizat nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb radhitura nj\u00ebra mbi tjetr\u00ebn ashtu si\u00e7 duhet;<br \/>\n3. Antitrupa t\u00eb lidhura me Pemfigus vulgaris q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb gjak; merret nj\u00eb most\u00ebr gjaku dhe provohet prania e antitrupave dezmoglein; dhe kjo metod\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret gjithashtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar aktivitetin e s\u00ebmundjes.<br \/>\nTrajtimi konvencional i p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr pemfigus vulgaris \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj kortikosteroidi n\u00eb rrug\u00eb orale. N\u00ebse pacienti ka vet\u00ebm lezione t\u00eb izoluara, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren kortikosteroide lokale t\u00eb aplikuara direkt n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e prekur ose kortikosteroide q\u00eb mund t\u00eb injektohen n\u00eb lezionet e prekura.<br \/>\nKur trajtimi me ila\u00e7e do t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb remision t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes, mjeku do t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb doz\u00ebn e medikamentit ose do ta ndaloj\u00eb at\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht.
