U krijua nj\u00eb gjendje e tensionuar, kurse n\u00eb disa momente u drejtuan ofendime drejt policave dhe funksionar\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit qendror, sidomos kur p\u00ebrhapeshin informacionet q\u00eb kryeshefin do ta \u00e7ojn\u00eb nga ana tjet\u00ebr e rrug\u00ebs, apo q\u00eb po vjen p\u00ebrforcim nga nj\u00ebsia speciale e Shkupit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protesta mbaroi pa incidente rreth or\u00ebs 21, pasi q\u00eb Veli\u00e7koviq doli nga sht\u00ebpia, i hipi automjetit policor dhe qytetar\u00ebt e mbledhur i luti q\u00eb t\u2019i lejojn\u00eb nj\u00ebsis\u00eb speciale t\u00eb zbres\u00eb, sepse i kishin premtuar q\u00eb nuk do ta arrestonin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kryetari i Kumanov\u00ebs, Zoran Damjanovski faj\u00ebsoi q\u00eb bastisja e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb kryeshefit t\u00eb SPB Kumanov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tentim q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet skenar si n\u00eb vitin 2001 dhe 2015. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tentim si n\u00eb 2001 dhe 2015, t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb skenar, t\u00eb frik\u00ebsohen qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb padefinuar kur akoma rezultatet zgjedhore nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare\u201d, deklaroi Damjanovski n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e mbr\u00ebmshme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cMendoj q\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e ashp\u00ebr dhe e pafytyr\u00eb, krijohet gjendje e panevojshme tensioni, e cila krijon revolt\u00eb dhe rebeliz\u00ebm te qytetar\u00ebt.
