Nga raporti \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar se ka plasaritje t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqes n\u00eb shtes\u00ebn e jashtme t\u00eb betonit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb nj\u00eb ane t\u00eb ur\u00ebs, t\u00eb shkaktuar nga djegia e izolimit t\u00eb tubave t\u00eb ngrohjes nga ESM-ja, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo do ta sanoj\u00eb me q\u00ebllim vendosjen e tubave t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ngrohjes si detyrim i tyre p\u00ebr sigurimin e furnizimit t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve me energji ngrohjeje\u201d, thon\u00eb nga Qyteti i Shkupit.<\/p>\n<p>Ura \u201cBellasica\u201d p\u00ebsoi djegie m\u00eb 12 maj.<\/p>\n<p>Ekspertiz\u00ebn e ur\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e b\u00ebnte profesori Mihaill Garevski nga Instituti privat p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime rezistente dhe ndryshime klimatike, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar dhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit para dy muajve.
