Flasim p\u00ebr mbi 1 milion metra katror bruto sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 400.000 q\u00eb i lejon PPU. Mbi 60% nd\u00ebrtime p\u00ebr banim n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 22% q\u00eb lejon PPU, mbi 33.000 banor\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 12.500, mbi 9.300 num\u00ebr mesatar t\u00eb familjeve n\u00eb vend t\u00eb 3.4000. Do t\u00eb ket\u00eb 0.36 metra katror\u00eb gjelb\u00ebrim p\u00ebr banor apo fare\u2026\u201d thon\u00eb nga iniciative \u201cShansa za Centar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u201cTreska\u201d tashm\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen me t\u00eb madhe nd\u00ebrtesat e para, e si\u00e7 thon\u00eb banor\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrtesave p\u00ebrreth, nd\u00ebrtohet 24\/7.
