Arsovska thot\u00eb se ka pasur thirrje publike, por nuk e tregon dhe nuk u p\u00ebrgjigjet pyetjeve tona p\u00ebr at\u00eb se kush e ka fituar thirrjen, cila \u00ebsht\u00eb firma q\u00eb i b\u00ebn zbukurimet, kush i vendos sht\u00ebpizat n\u00eb Sheshin Maqedonia, kush do t\u00eb k\u00ebndoj\u00eb n\u00eb fes\u00ebn e vitit t\u00eb ri dhe sa do t\u00eb paguhen k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ueb-faqen e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jan\u00eb publikuar t\u00eb gjitha thirrjet publike n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7kaje informohet publiku p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb duan t\u00eb konkurrojn\u00eb, nuk ka thirrje p\u00ebr zbukurim p\u00ebr vitin e ri. Redaksia SAKAMDAKAZHAM.MK vazhdimisht ka kontrolluar ueb-faqen e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn kur q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb thirrjet publike. Por aty nuk ka thirrje p\u00ebr zbukurim apo p\u00ebr organizim t\u00eb pazarit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ri dhe fest\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Tender p\u00ebr zbukurimin e vitit t\u00eb ri nuk ka as nga ana e Byros\u00eb p\u00ebr prokurime publike. Qyteti i Shkupit nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr blerjen e paqetave t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ri. Edhe po t\u00eb ishte dhurat\u00eb zbukurimi i vitit t\u00eb ri nga ana e firmave me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi shoq\u00ebrore, si\u00e7 thoshte Arsovska dy vjet\u00ebt e fundit, kjo gj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb deklarohet, sepse ekziston rreziku i korrupsionit n\u00ebse k\u00ebto firma marrin tendere nga Qyteti n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ai q\u00eb ka vendosur t\u00eb dhuroj\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb tatim. Ai q\u00eb ka vendosur t\u00eb jap\u00eb dhurim n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Ligjin p\u00ebr donacion dhe sponsorim duhet t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb procedur\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendim nga Ministria e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A.
