Procedura ligjore u zbatua vet\u00ebm aty ku ankuesi nuk kishte konkurruar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sdk.mk\/index.php\/neraskazhani-prikazni\/za-shef-na-preminot-blatse-mvr-postavilo-rentgenolog-izvisil-iskusen-politsaets-zashto-vodi-politsiski-sindikat\/#more\">P\u00cbR SHEF T\u00cb KALIMIT \u201cBLLAC\u00cb\u201d, MPB KA EM\u00cbRUAR NJ\u00cb RADIOLOG, ND\u00cbRSA POLICI ME EKSPERIENC\u00cb \u00cbSHT\u00cb L\u00cbN\u00cb ANASH P\u00cbR SHKAK SE DREJTON SINDIKAT\u00cbN E POLICIS\u00cb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se ai kishte aplikuar p\u00ebr konkursin e Kalimit Kufitar \u201cBllac\u00eb\u201d dhe Stacionin Policor \u201c\u00c7ashk\u00eb\u201d, autoritetet nuk kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb. Kur p\u00ebrfundoi afati i konkursit, duke anashkaluar procedur\u00ebn ligjore, n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2024, duke p\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn diskrecionale, at\u00ebher\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e MPB-s\u00eb em\u00ebroi direkt person n\u00eb pozit\u00eb drejtuese pa konkurs.<\/p>\n<p>Sindikalisti u anashkalua p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Megjithat\u00eb, ai mblodhi d\u00ebshmit\u00eb dhe dor\u00ebzoi nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Parandalim dhe Mbrojtje nga Diskriminimi (KPMD), e cila m\u00eb 22 korrik mori vendimin e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Konstatohet diskriminim i vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb sindikat\u00eb, i kryer nga Komisioni p\u00ebr Caktimin dhe Avancimin e Oficer\u00ebve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr pozitat e kategorive B, V, G, D dhe Gj kund\u00ebr ankuesit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>KPMD rekomandon q\u00eb MPB brenda 30 dit\u00ebve nga data e marrjes s\u00eb Opinioneve t\u00eb anuloj\u00eb vendimet p\u00ebr personat e em\u00ebruar n\u00eb pozitat drejtuese t\u00eb stacioneve policore dhe t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb ligjore p\u00ebr zgjedhje, pa diskriminim. P\u00ebrndryshe, Ministria do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet n\u00eb gjyq.<\/p>\n<p>Polici i diskriminuar dy her\u00eb, ankuesi, \u00ebsht\u00eb magjist\u00ebr i shkencave juridike me 300 kredi ECTS dhe me provim t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuarit n\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin\u00eb e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme. Asnj\u00eb nga aplikant\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrmbushte kushtet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se ai n\u00eb t\u00eb dy konkurset.<\/p>\n<p>S.K.
