F\u00ebmija, duke qar\u00eb, vet\u00eb i preu flok\u00ebt me g\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb si akt rebelimi dhe shkoi n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb gjendje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtator, n\u00ebna e tij denoncoi k\u00ebt\u00eb trajtim n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr Parandalimin dhe Mbrojtjen nga Diskriminimi, i cili s\u00eb fundmi konstatoi diskriminim direkt ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit bazuar n\u00eb gjini n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shtatorit, shkolla i k\u00ebrkoi n\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb djali t\u00eb kishte flok\u00eb t\u00eb \u201crregullta\u201d, edhe pse flok\u00ebt nuk ishin t\u00eb gjata. Ajo e d\u00ebrgoi djalin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb me flok\u00eb t\u00eb kapura pas, por drejtoresha k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb bishti t\u00eb hiqej dhe njoftoi q\u00eb f\u00ebmija t\u00eb vinte me nj\u00eb model flok\u00ebsh t\u00eb pranuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi, pasi d\u00ebgjoi nj\u00eb telefonat\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsueses me n\u00ebn\u00ebn, vet\u00eb i preu flok\u00ebt para syve duke qar\u00eb. Kur n\u00ebna k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb takim me drejtoresh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb sqaruar pse djali i saj konsiderohej i parregullt, ajo iu p\u00ebrgjigj se shkolla ka kod veshjeje, por nuk dha rregull t\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr flok\u00ebt. N\u00ebna vuri n\u00eb dukje se nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebse kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn model flok\u00ebsh pa pasoja, por pedagogu e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi se djali mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohej.<\/p>\n<p>Pas ankes\u00ebs, n\u00eb n\u00ebntor, shkolla hoqi pik\u00ebn p\u00ebr modelin e flok\u00ebve nga rregullorja. Komisioni i dha shkoll\u00ebs rekomandime q\u00eb t\u00eb rishikoj\u00eb rregulloret p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar barazin\u00eb gjinore, p\u00ebrndryshe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me gjykat\u00ebn.
